Boat Detailer Pro is a product of Southern AI Solutions, LLC(“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because we built this for small operators, not lawyers.
Information we collect
From detailing-business operators who use the app: name, business name, email, phone number, and the business records you enter (customers, vessels, jobs, invoices, expenses).
From the customers of those operators: name, phone number, email, vessel details, service history, and job notes — provided to the operator when booking or requesting service.
How we use information
We use this information solely to provide the service: scheduling jobs, managing customers and vessels, sending invoices, processing payments, and sending service-related text messages on the operator’s behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
With your consent, an operator using Boat Detailer Pro may send you service-related text messages — such as appointment confirmations, “on my way” and job-completion updates, review requests, and replies to missed calls. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent with any third parties, and we never sell that data or use it for third-party marketing. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above.
Truehand Trade Help Line (free public SMS program)
Southern AI Solutions, LLC also operates the Truehand Trade Help Line — part of Truehand — a free public help line where a consumer texts in a skilled-trade or field-service question (in English or Spanish) and receives automated informational replies that may briefly mention one of our Truehand apps and its free trial. You opt in by texting our published help-line number first — that first text is your consent; we never message anyone who has not texted us. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, and we never sell that data. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate the service — for example, Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (text messaging), and Supabase/Netlify (secure data hosting). They process data only to perform their function for us, never for their own marketing.
Data security & retention
Your data is stored securely and retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
